Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive, electrical, mechanical, or installation experience is required.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and basic diagnostics is essential.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and technical instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
• Professional communication and customer service skills are important.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around vehicles and trailers.
• Age 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot GPS, ELDs, telematics, dash cameras, sensors, and tracking equipment.
• Work on light-duty vehicles, commercial trucks, tractors, trailers, and fleet assets.
• Route and secure wiring for clean, professional installations.
• Test GPS, cellular connectivity, cameras, sensors, and system functionality.
• Diagnose electrical, connectivity, and installation issues.
• Document installations with photos, device information, and service notes.
• Travel to customer and fleet locations for mobile installations and projects.
• Maintain safety, quality, and right-first-time installations.
