Job summary

Genesis of Suitland is seeking an EV-certified Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Genesis and Hyundai vehicles, including full EVs and hybrids. The role emphasizes high‑voltage safety, accurate inspections, and use of OEM tools in a modern, premium service environment.

Ideal candidates hold Hyundai/Genesis EV certifications, with Master/Senior credentials preferred, and possess strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Current Hyundai or Genesis EV/high-voltage certification (required for the sign-on bonus).
• Hyundai or Genesis Master or Senior certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with modern scan tools and OEM software (GDS).
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a flat-rate environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Genesis and Hyundai vehicles, including full battery-electric and hybrid models.
• Perform high-voltage system diagnostics and repairs following OEM safety protocols.
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
• Use factory-approved tools, equipment, and repair procedures.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors on repair needs and recommendations.
• Stay current with Genesis and Hyundai training, technology, and certification programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment and deliver the premium experience Genesis customers expect.

$50.00 per flat rate | $5,000 sign-on bonus for EV-certified technicians

What You'll Do
