Responsibilities include vehicle diagnostics, repairs and maintenance to dealership and factory standards, with emphasis on clear communication to customers to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to customers and staff.
• Keep up with factory bulletins and training.
