Qualifications

• Automotive service technician experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order and standards.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose issues and explain repairs to customers and colleagues.
• Keep work area organized and stay updated with factory bulletins and training.
• Participate in factory-sponsored training and certifications.
