Job Description

The hourly range for this role is $15 - $18 per hour guaranteed, and $23 - $30 flat rate based on experience. This full-time or part-time hourly position involves vehicle diagnostics, routine repairs, and customer service, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

1. Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs needed.
2. Complete courtesy inspections on every vehicle, documenting and communicating additional services.
3. Assist with inventory management and store duties, maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
4. Follow safety standards and conduct test drives per policy.
5. Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
6. Maintain technical skills through training and operate equipment safely.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Profile Summary

• Basic automotive maintenance and repair skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or experience.
• Preferred ASE certification and State Inspection license.
• Valid driver’s license and own basic tools or participate in tool purchase program.
• Ability to interpret instructions and perform repairs.
• Excellent communication skills.
