Job Description

About the Role: The Technician is a full-time or part-time hourly position responsible for basic vehicle diagnostics and routine repairs, delivering exceptional service and maintaining quality standards.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, with additional flat-rate earnings based on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs.
2. Complete courtesy inspections and communicate findings.
3. Assist in inventory management and store duties.
4. Follow safety standards and perform test drives.
5. Adhere to company policies and maintain technical knowledge.
6. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic automotive training or experience.
3. Preferred ASE certification and State Inspection license.
4. Valid driver’s license and good MVR.
5. Own basic tools or participate in the tool purchase program.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, reaching, and bending.
