Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced retail service environment. You will learn from experienced technicians while performing routine inspections and helping customers understand repair procedures.

Offered pay ranges from $16.63 to $24.99 per hour with a flat-rate pay model, and a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time hires. Full benefits and ongoing ASE certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Understanding of oil changes and tire repair basics.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
