Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with hands-on training under senior technicians. The role includes customer interaction to explain repairs and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $26.30 per hour with flat-rate compensation; regional productivity varies. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license and basic automotive knowledge, with ASE-certification encouraged within two years.

Qualifications

• Must have valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services.
• Oil changes and basic inspections.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Assist in obtaining ASE certifications within two years.
