Position: Technician Engagement Program Coordinator

Location: Allen Park, MI.




We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technician Recognition Program Specialist to join our team in supporting the OEM & OEM automotive Technician Recognition Program. This program celebrates and incentivizes over 50,000 technicians across the U.S., from newly certified technicians through our most elite Senior Master Technicians. As a key team member, you'll support program inquiries, ensuring technicians receive the recognition they've earned and assisting in the continuous improvement of our engagement initiatives.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, program coordination, or internal communications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to investigate technician concerns and deliver effective solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email management systems (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or OEM setting is a plus.




Responsibilities:



  • Manage and respond to technician inquiries via the program email inbox in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with internal and external supplier teams to resolve inquiries

  • Monitor, track, and report on technician engagement metrics, recognition milestones, and incentive distribution.

  • Maintain accurate program documentation and assist with periodic updates to guidelines, FAQs, and communication templates.

  • Assist recognition initiatives and help enhance program materials (overviews, FAQs).

  • Support logistics and tracking for technician awards and recognition events.

  • Identify areas for program improvement based on technician feedback and internal collaboration.

  • Ensure all communications align with company standards and brand voice.
