Lincoln Tech's new Rowlett campus seeks skilled Automotive Technicians turned Instructors to lead hands-on training in Automotive Technology. No teaching experience required, as we help technicians become educators.

Responsibilities include delivering Lincoln Tech curriculum, evaluating student progress, and ensuring safety. Requirements include 5+ years of recent automotive experience and ASE G1/A6 certifications; Master ASE preferred. Fully equipped facility and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Automotive Technician experience within the last 10 years.
• ASE G1 and A6 certifications are required; Master ASE is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and tech savviness; teaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology in a fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum effectively.
• Motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability and evaluate progress.
• Communicate student progress and ensure safety and compliance.

Key Requirements For Automotive Instructors

• 5+ years of Automotive Technician experience within the last 10 years
• Former or current ASE certifications (G1, A6 required)
• Master ASE preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Great communication skills
• Proficient in technology
• Teaching experience is a plus
