Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking Automotive Instructors to join our Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience required; we train skilled technicians to become educators and shape the next generation of automotive professionals.

You will teach hands-on sessions in our fully equipped facility, deliver approved curriculum, and guide student growth while ensuring safety standards. We offer a 4-day work week with three-day weekends and flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time, substitute).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• ASE certifications (G1, A6) required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with technology.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on training in Automotive Technology in a fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Emphasize safety and compliance to students.
• Prepare students for a career in Automotive Technology.
