Job summary

Lincoln Tech is hiring Automotive Instructors for our Rowlett, TX campus. No teaching experience required; we help technicians transition into educators while you share passion for the industry and mentor the next generation of automotive professionals.

Responsibilities include hands-on instruction, delivering accredited curricula, student progress evaluations, and emphasis on safety and career readiness. A supportive, well-equipped facility and established program backdrop the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Automotive Technician experience within the last 10 years.
• ASE G1 and A6 certifications required; Master ASE preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Facilitate and deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.

Key Requirements for Automotive Instructors:

• Former or current ASE certifications (G1, A6 required)
• Master ASE preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Great communication skills
• Proficient in technology
• Teaching experience is a plus
