Lincoln Tech is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to become Automotive Instructors in our Automotive Technology program in Indianapolis, IN. No teaching experience required; we train technicians to educate others and shape the next generation of automotive professionals.

Responsibilities include hands‑on teaching in our fully equipped facility, delivering Lincoln Tech accredited curriculum, evaluating student progress, and preparing learners for careers in the field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience
• Former or current ASE certifications (G1, A6 required)
• High school diploma/GED
• Proficient in technology
• Teaching experience is a plus

• Teach and provide hands‑on training in Automotive Technology in our fully equipped facility
• Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students
• Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance
• Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Automotive Technology
• 4-day work week with three-day weekends
• Flexible Schedules:Part‑time, Full‑time, and Substitute positions available
• Well‑equipped training facility with industry‑standard equipment
• Stability with a well‑established institution (75+ years)
