Lincoln Tech in Houston is looking for skilled Automotive Technicians to transition into Instructors for their Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience is required, making it an outstanding opportunity for technicians who want to inspire the next generation of automotive professionals.

The role includes teaching hands-on training in a fully equipped facility, facilitating accredited courses, and supporting student growth. You’ll also enjoy a 4-day work week with full-time benefits like medical, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Automotive Technician experience required.
• Former or current ASE certifications (G1, A6).
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology.
• Facilitate and deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support and motivate student growth and professionalism.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Teach safety and compliance importance.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Automotive Technology.
