Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is hiring an Auto Maintenance Tech II to provide skilled maintenance and repair work on vehicles. The role offers clear paths for career advancement, training through Cox Auto University, and competitive benefits beginning on day one.

Work schedule is 4 days, 10-hour shifts (Sunday-Wednesday) with a $1,500 New Hire Tool Bonus and a $1,000 Signing Bonus. Compensation ranges from $22.02 to $33.08 per hour, plus bonuses and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Providing highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
• Performing diagnostics including brake components, tires, suspension components, drivability and complete repairs.
• Performing advanced diagnostics including charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems and complete repairs.
• Completing mechanical inspections including measurements, engine and drive line components, under hood inspection and documenting deficiencies.
• Complying with procedures regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposal.
• May up fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
• Utilizing approved vendors to obtain parts.
• May be required to perform OEM recalls.
