Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring Automotive Technicians at our Manheim location. We seek mid to senior-level technicians who take pride in quality work and are eager to grow with a team that invests in your future. Schedule is Mon–Fri, Day Shift, with a $1,500 tool bonus for new hires.

Role levels include Level 2 and Senior Technician, with requirements ranging from 3+ to 5+ years of experience and ASE credentials. Valid license and ability to drive various vehicle types are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic and electric vehicles.
• Senior Technician requires 5+ years of automotive service and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled maintenance and repairs for vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics including brakes, tires, suspension, drivability and complete repairs.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics (charging, starting, AC, OBDII, electrical systems).
• Complete mechanical inspections and document deficiencies.
• Comply with procedures for recyclables, fluids, tires and waste.
• May perform OEM recalls.
