The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician in the Fredericksburg area. You will gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers, diagnosing issues and delivering outstanding service while working in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn line technician services, routine inspections, system diagnostics, braking work, tire installation and alignments, with opportunities for career advancement and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information to identify problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
• Provide clear guest communication and guidance about vehicle status.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and ensure accuracy.
