Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues, perform brake repairs, maintenance, tire installation, and communicate clearly with guests while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include providing guidance to junior technicians, documenting work, and maintaining safety and efficiency during all operating hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics and brake repairs.
• Install and rotate tires and perform tire-related services.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and maintain safety standards.
• Provide excellent guest service and communicate clearly with guests about vehicles.
