Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an entry/mid-level Automotive Technician to join our Auto Service centers in the Virginia area. You will gain hands-on experience diagnosing issues and delivering outstanding service, with training and advancement opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include line maintenance, brake and alignment support, and maintaining safety and quality standards while working with a team of technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics and brake repairs.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and communicate findings clearly to guests.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicle status.
