Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing service department at Hyundai of Trenton. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of various makes and models, be comfortable with minor diagnostics, and possess a goal-oriented, detail-focused, and self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and diagnose issues.
• Perform quality repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning.
• Estimate time and parts needed for repairs.
• Stay current with technical information and techniques through training.
• Build and maintain product and service knowledge via on-the-job and manufacturer training.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

Requirements

• Automotive service technician experience (minimum 1 year).
