Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring an Automotive Service Technician with experience on A & B techs. Pay range is $22-$40 per hour on a flat-rate basis. Schedule requires open availability across days/shifts.

Service Department hours are Mon-Fri 7:00am–6:00pm and Sat 7:00am–5:00pm. Join a busy shop with 44 bays, 8 quick lube racks, central dispatch, a strong parts team, Ford specialty tools, heated shop, and a collaborative, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive repair experience required.
• ASE and manufacturer certification not required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete work according to safety standards and procedures.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure repair quality.
• Document repair work, procedures, and time per company rules.
• Maintain and inventory standard mechanic tools.
