Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience required.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs efficiently.
• Own tools preferred.
• Valid driver?s license required.
• Ford or dealership experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be reliable, professional, and willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, drivability, HVAC.
• Complete multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Work closely with service advisors and shop management.
• Maintain accurate repair order notes.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Continue training to grow toward A-level technician status.

Pay

Flat rate or hourly pay available based on experience.

Pay range: $25-$35+ per hour or flat rate, depending on experience, certifications, tools, and ability.

Developing B Tech: $25-$30 flat rate or hourly
Solid B Tech: $30-$35 flat rate
