Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician at our Orlando-area Bridgestone Retail Operations location.

You will learn and perform diagnosing, repair, and preventive maintenance on customer vehicles under experienced technicians, with emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and customer service. You will engage in inspecting and repairing vehicle systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and basic electrical checks, while pursuing ASE certifications and building

Qualifications

• Oil changes and tire repair basics
• Knowledge of inspections for steering, suspension, and brakes
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• A.S.E. certification or equivalent training preferred

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repair tasks.
• Install parts and road-test vehicles.
• Pursue A.S.E. certifications within two years
