Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. You will learn under experienced technicians, interact with customers, and contribute to quality workmanship with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model with earnings potential shown for the region. ASE certifications are encouraged and supported by the company; benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including oil changes.
Reading, writing, and math skills.
Two years of automotive repair experience or vocational training preferred.
ASE certification or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
Inspect steering, suspension, and brakes.
Install batteries and check electrical systems.
Perform tire maintenance.
Install parts and road test vehicles.
Support ASE certifications through company program.
