Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our Bridgestone Retail Operations team in a fast-paced service environment. You will learn and perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work under experienced supervision to support vehicle service and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, customer interaction, and a pathway to ASE certification with company-paid test fees and structured growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Must have valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: oil changes.
Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
Repairing tires and performing scheduled maintenance tasks.
Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
Install batteries and check electrical systems.
Perform tire maintenance.
Install parts and road test vehicles.
Aim to obtain ASE certifications within two years of employment (tests paid by company).
