Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues using mechanical aptitude and deliver outstanding service to guests.

Starting pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, and tire discounts. Must be able to work retail hours including some holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem solving.
• Brake repairs, tire installation, alignments, and routine maintenance to ensure guest vehicle safety.
• Document all work performed and maintain safety standards across operating hours.
