Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers by diagnosing technical issues with a mechanical aptitude and delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of automotive experience, a valid driver's license, and are eligible to work in the United States. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for training and advancement; shift may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues using a mechanical aptitude and deliver outstanding service.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
