Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our auto service centers, diagnosing issues while delivering outstanding guest service.

The position requires at least 1 year of automotive experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and some holidays. We offer comprehensive training and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections and diagnostics.
• Repair brakes, perform alignments, tire installation and maintenance.
• Document work on repair orders and maintain safety standards.
• Provide excellent guest service and mentor junior technicians.
