Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an automotive technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain DriveTime inventory vehicles. You will inspect and service various makes/models, document work, and communicate repair needs to management to prevent delays.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a relevant automotive certificate or degree (or 3+ years of hands-on repair experience), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Certificate or Associates in automotive technology or 3+ years automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance on multiple makes/models.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize re-work and delays.
• Document all work performed in DriveTime systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to ensure safety and compliance.
