DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring an automotive technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of vehicles across multiple makes and models. The role emphasizes clear communication of issues to management and precise documentation in DriveTime systems.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and an automotive tech certificate or equivalent experience. A valid driver’s license and a safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; certificate or associate's degree in automotive technology or work experience equivalent (3 years or more) in automotive repair.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on multiple makes and models.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize re-work and delays in production.
• Document all work performed in DriveTime systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workspace.
