Job summary

Goodyear is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues, perform line technician tasks, and deliver outstanding service while learning rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

Training programs and career advancement opportunities are available. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Execute brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide clear communication and guest vehicle updates; document all work on the repair order.
• Report safety issues immediately and maintain adherence to company policies.
