Job summary

Goodyear is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of its Auto Service centers. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and delivering outstanding service to customers.

We value candidates with at least 1 year of automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. The position is on-site, with benefits including medical, 401(k), and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brakes, fluid flushes and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics and problem solving.
• Carry out brake repairs, tire installation and wheel alignments as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and maintain safety standards.
• Provide excellent guest service and communicate clearly with customers.
