Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our auto service centers in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience diagnosing mechanical issues, performing brake repairs, fluid flushes, and routine maintenance while delivering outstanding guest service. Candidates should have at least 1 year of automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and be 18 or older.

The position requires work authorization in the U.S. ASE Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED and ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving including brake repairs and fluid exchanges/flushes.
• Assist with wheel alignments and tire installation while maintaining guest care and clear communication.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Promote teamwork and adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
