DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an automotive technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of vehicles across DriveTime inventory. Responsibilities include emissions testing, documentation, and accurate communication of repair needs to help minimize delays.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED, plus automotive tech training or equivalent experience. A safety-focused, organized role with opportunities for growth and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in automotive repairs.
• Able to troubleshoot basic automotive concerns.
• Able to communicate causes and recommended corrections for vehicle issues.
• Meet metric performance targets and operate basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Perform emissions testing and vehicle movement as needed.
• Explain automotive repairs to management to minimize re-work and delays.
• Document all work in DriveTime systems and keep work area safe and organized.
