As an Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services with professionalism and care.
• Mentor team members and stay updated on new automotive technologies.

• ASE Reimbursement with pay increases for certifications in brakes, electrical, AC/heating, engine performance, and repair.

• Flat rate pay with a 75% guarantee (30 hours booked per week).

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Participate in formal training to keep abreast of automotive technology advancements.
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Use protective equipment and perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Basic Requirements:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and problem-solving.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE A4 (Steering and Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) certifications.
• State inspection licenses or MAC certification.

Additional Considerations:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, depending on location.
• Ability to use diagnostic technology and tools effectively.
