Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician is required.
• Experience with manufacturer specifications preferred.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, competitive, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency.
• Test-drive vehicles and systems using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine and transmission.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services needed.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Technicians perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with quality and dealership standards.
• Test‑drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 3-5+ years Automotive Technician Experience (Required)
• Manufacturer experience preferred
• Customer focused professional who is self‑motivated, competitive and coachable.
