Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Preferred Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or other manufacturer dealership experience.
- Manufacturer certifications and advanced diagnostic/electrical troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering & suspension, brakes, HVAC.
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Identify and document repair needs; coordinate with Service Advisors for recommendations and timelines.
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications; coordinate with Parts for components.
