Job summary

Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, a Hudson Automotive Company, is seeking Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join a high-volume service department in Hendersonville, TN. Earn $18-$22 flat rate per hour plus production bonuses and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and multi-point inspections
• Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
• Perform additional maintenance services as directed by management
• Inspect, replace, and replenish vehicle fluids as necessary
• Check and adjust tire pressures
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Work with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Maintain customer vehicles with care and professionalism
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs
• Follow OSHA, environmental, and dealership safety guidelines
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or shop hazards immediately
