Job summary

Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT is seeking Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join a busy, high-volume service department. You will perform oil changes, inspections, and maintenance while building hands-on automotive skills for long-term career growth.

Whether experienced or aspiring, you’ll receive manufacturer-sponsored training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths from Express to Advanced and Master Technician levels in a climate-controlled, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Desire to pursue manufacturer certifications and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and multi-point inspections
• Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
• Perform additional maintenance services as directed by management
• Inspect, replace, and replenish vehicle fluids as necessary
• Check and adjust tire pressures
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Work with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials
• Maintain customer vehicles with care and professionalism
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
