DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an automotive technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of vehicles at our Charlotte locations. You will perform emissions tests where applicable and maintain detailed repair documentation.

You will explain issues to management to minimize re-work, keep a safe workspace, and ensure processes meet DriveTime standards. A high school diploma and automotive certification are required, with 3+ years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance, including emissions testing.
• 2) Perform inspections and repairs on DriveTime inventory across multiple makes/models.
• 3) Explain repair issues and corrective actions to management to minimize re-work.
• 4) Document all work performed in DriveTime systems.
• 5) Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
