Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an automotive technician to perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on inventory vehicles. You will conduct emissions testing where applicable and document all work in DriveTime systems.

Responsibilities include moving vehicles, maintaining a clean, safe workspace, and explaining repairs to management to minimize rework and delays. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; certificate or associate in automotive technology or 2+ years' repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle repairs and maintenance on inventory.
• Conduct emissions testing where applicable and document work in DriveTime systems.
• Explain repairs to management to minimize rework and delays.
• Maintain area safety and cleanliness and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Move vehicles and manage repair documentation and computer utilization.
