Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in Goodyear's Auto Service centers, diagnosing issues and delivering outstanding service with a mechanical aptitude.

We offer a pay range of $17.00-$24.66 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, paid time off and tire discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and repairs such as brakes and tire installation.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Provide clear communication and guest vehicle feedback.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Maintain adherence to company vehicle care policies and safety procedures.
