Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers, using mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues while delivering outstanding service.

You will learn line technician services, routine inspections, diagnostics, brakes, alignments, and tire installation, with opportunities for training and career advancement. Goodyear provides a comprehensive benefits package and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Maintain adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.
