Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will diagnose technical issues while delivering outstanding service, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

We offer training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid driver's license and at least 18 years old are required, with authorization to work in the U.S. now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Provide clear guest service and communicate with customers.
• Mentor junior automotive technicians and promote teamwork.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies and procedures.
