Job summary

Super Tech Automotive in Willow Park, Texas seeks an experienced Automotive Technician for a Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. shift.

The shop offers a flat rate pay of $40-$55 per flagged hour, with weekly direct deposit and strong earning potential based on B-Level or A-Level performance. Earners at B-Level can reach about $80,000-$100,000 annually; A-Level technicians may reach $100,000-$150,000, with benefits like healthcare reimbursement, 401(k) matching, vacation and sick days, paid

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• High-level B-Level or A-Level technician capable of most repairs independently.
• Strong diagnostic ability across electrical and drivability issues.
• Experience with multiple makes; not limited to one manufacturer.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and other vehicle concerns in a diagnostic-heavy workflow.
• Perform general automotive repair, maintenance, inspections, and component removal and replacement.
• Thoroughly inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify needed repairs and service priorities.
• Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, European, commercial, and fleet vehicles.
• Perform transmission removal and replacement, timing-chain repairs, brake service, alignments, and electrical repairs.
• Complete intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostics using scan tools and testing equipment.
• Prepare repair estimates for assigned work; parts ordering is handled separately.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document vehicle findings through Tekmetric.
