Starting Pay Range: $25 - $35 Hourly - FLAT RATE

About the Role

As an Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing automotive services, ensuring excellent guest experience. You will also have opportunities for mentorship and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems like brakes, suspension, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with automotive technology
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and problem-solving
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension
• ASE A5 Certification in Brakes
• State inspection licenses and MAC certification

Additional Considerations

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays depending on location
• Ability to use diagnostic technology and tools effectively
