Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret basic safety instructions and manuals.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear vehicle communication.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Mentor junior technicians and support peers as needed.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels; inspect vehicle.
• Document work performed and report safety issues to management.
