Job summary

Grease-Monkey is seeking a Technician C to perform brakes, rotors, fluid exchanges, oil changes, transmission and cooling system maintenance, plus tire work and related services. You will educate customers on preventive maintenance and assist with courtesy services as needed.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, valid driver’s license, and safety/compliance awareness. This is an on-site technician position with tool-equipped shop facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine tickets, notes and other correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
• Documents all work performed and recommended.
• Road tests vehicles as needed.
• Maintains and keeps shop areas neat and organized.
