Job summary

Grease-Monkey Denver is seeking a capable Technician B to perform brakes, rotors, oil changes, transmissions, cooling system maintenance and more. You will diagnose issues, explain preventive maintenance to customers, and ensure repairs meet factory standards.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, ability to read manuals, and strong tool skills. You will document work, assist with road tests, and maintain shop safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience or training in automotive technician roles.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to write routine tickets and notes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following supervisor guidance and factory standards.
• Work on more complex repairs and diagnostics than a Tech C, including electrical systems and minor engine work.
• Repair knowledge of brakes, A/C, transmissions, power steering and suspension repairs.
• Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
• Document all work performed and recommended; road test vehicles as needed.
