Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a BMW Technician to join Wyoming Valley BMW to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards. This role helps build customer loyalty by delivering trusted service and accurate diagnoses, ensuring customer confidence in Napleton.

Qualifications

• Valid State Safety & Emissions - required.
• ASE certification - preferred.
• Excellent customer service - required.
• Strong communication skills - required.
• Valid Driver’s License - required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals (employees/customers).
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
• Inform store management of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

Located atWyoming Valley BMW, theService Technician/Mechanicwill be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.

• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
